As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and with 17 years of extensive experience in property, land, finance, contracts, and negotiation, Sunny brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.  He skilfully structures transactions to ensure that his clients are in the most advantageous position, providing a perfect blend of entrepreneurial acumen and expert advice throughout any property matter.

Sunny’s professional journey began in 2006, where he started his career in general practice with Nattrass Giles, a Nottingham-based firm of Chartered Surveyors. By the age of 26, he had risen to the position of equity partner and sold his
shares in the business in 2021.

In 2023, he founded Landa Associates with a singular mission to offer a personalised service specialising in property management, business leases, investment consultancy, and property agency.

Today, Sunny is a well-respected figure in the East Midlands and serves as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, including local authorities, national property companies, institutions, trusts, and high net worth individuals.
