Landa Associates director Sunny Landa has been appointed to the judging panel of a major commercial property awards programme which aims to “redefine industry recognition.” The CoStar Impact Awards celebrate the best commercial real estate projects and transactions in the UK, US and Canada. Sunny was selected to judge entries from across the East Midlands, with categories including Lease of the Year, Commercial Development of the Year and Sale Acquisition of the Year.

 

He said: “It’s a real privilege to take part in one of the most popular commercial property awards programmes in the world. Commercial property is thriving in the East Midlands, and the entries include some exceptional schemes and deals. I was delighted to be recognised by my peers when I was made a RICS Fellow last year, so it’s great to be able to give something back and celebrate the work fellow professionals are doing.
