Acting on behalf of Hillcrest Nottingham Ltd, Landa Associates have agreed a new long term lease with Agincare, a leading independent care provider, at Goeland House in Arnold, Notts.
Established in 1986, Agincare provides a broad range of tailored care services for individuals suffering from diseases such as dementia, Parkinson’s and cancer, as well as end of life care, mental health services and autism support. It works with local authorities and the NHS to deliver fully managed home care services across sixteen UK counties.
Agincare will continue to provide vital local services in Arnold after Landa Associates director Sunny Landa brokered a new deal with the company.
The agreement will see the family-owned business continue to occupy the first floor of Goeland House on St Albans Road.
Sanveer Sandhu at Flint Bishop provided legal advice to the landlord, Hillcrest Nottingham Ltd.
Sunny Landa said: “Agincare is a fantastic family-owned business which has delivered essential care services across the UK for nearly 40 years. We’re delighted the company has agreed to remain in situ at Goeland House, where it has provided much-needed care to the people of Arnold since 2018.”
“I was especially pleased with how quickly we were able to finalise this transaction. The deal was a pleasure to complete thanks to the professionalism shown by all parties. I’d like to thank Agincare, Hillcrest and Flint Bishop for their sterling efforts in getting this over the line. It’s ultimately the people of Arnold who will benefit the most so we’re thrilled with the outcome.”
