Landa Associates is delighted to announce the sale of Phoenix House – a high spec, hybrid office/industrial unit at Quarry Hill Industrial Estate in Ilkeston – on behalf of their longstanding client, Phoenix Network Communications Limited.

Sunny Landa was retained by Phoenix Networks, a provider of Data and Security solutions, to dispose of the unit, and it took just eight weeks to complete the sale of the property to CF Roberts, a leading UK provider of electrical and mechanical design, installation and maintenance company based in Cheltenham.

The company has multiple offices throughout the UK, and will now make its Ilkeston base in 3,591 sq ft of open plan and partitioned office accommodation, complete with mezzanine floor, after its successful acquisition.

The property boasts 11 dedicated parking spaces and, owing to its location on the south side of Ilkeston, benefits from superb transport links to the nearby M1 and A52.

Sunny Landa FRICS, director of Landa Associates, said: “I’m delighted to announce the sale of Phoenix House on behalf of our valued client, Phoenix Networks, who previously held the freehold of the property.

“We’re thrilled to have completed the transaction in such a short time – a sale process that was made 100 times easier by the diligence and professionalism shown by all parties.  “I’m made up for Martin and the Phoenix Networks team and super pleased to have played a part in facilitating CF Roberts expansion into Ilkeston.”

Martin Pearson, owner of Phoenix Network Communications Limited, said: “Hats off to Sunny; I am delighted with the outcome and would also like to extend my thanks to Paul and his son Luke at CF Roberts who were great to deal with.”
