Landa Associates are delighted to announce another pair of record-breaking rental successes – the latest in a streak of high-calibre transactions we’ve completed since launching a little over a year ago.

 

Acting on behalf of the landlords, Sunny Landa and joint agent Christopher Wright of OMEETO have let Unit 6, Langley Park at Langley Mill Industrial Estate to local damage restoration specialists Rainbow Restoration, and a superbly-appointed unit at Ascot Park, Sandiacre to industry-leading tooling supplier, Matrix Tooling.

 

Sunny and Chris secured an exceptional, market-defying rent of £10 per sq ft at both sites.

 

Matrix Tooling, which is part of the multinational Rubix Group, and Rainbow Restoration have agreed to take their new premises for 5 years, bringing much-needed employment opportunities to Sandiacre and Langley Mill.

 

The letting at Langley Park was completed on behalf of Heritage Properties owner Clive Stevenson, with whom Sunny enjoys a longstanding relationship.
