Acting on behalf of Print & Display, Landa Associates has successfully negotiated a new 150-year-long leasehold interest for their 55,000 sq ft factory located on Crossgate Drive. Print & Display is a leading provider of innovative POS and FSDU display units headquartered in the city of Nottingham, led by successful local businessman Paul Manson.
Sunny Landa, director at Landa Associates, advised Print & Display on the transaction. This involved skilful negotiation against the local authority, along with high-level valuation and legal advice.
Paul Manson, managing director at Print & Display, said: ‘‘We acquired the factory at Thunderbay Works, Crossgate Drive, a few years ago, and it was always my goal to secure a new long leasehold interest. As I knew this was not a straightforward task, I turned to Sunny for advice, given his excellent reputation in the market. I am delighted with the work Sunny did for us, and I couldn’t be happier with how smooth things went.
Sunny said: ‘‘ Acting on behalf of Paul to negotiate and agree this deal was a pleasure. We were able to meet our clients’ primary objective and secure a new 150 long lease and, in doing so, increased the property’s value by almost 70%!’’
Manson added: ‘‘Alongside our core business, we also offer pallet wraps, totems, bus stands and much more. Securing the long lease has coincided well with our ambitious plans to expand our display services for our customers and invest in new machinery.’’
