It’s always satisfying to help fantastic businesses expand!
The good people of Birmingham are set to benefit from an exciting new fitness facility and “inner-city holistic retreat for mind, body, and soul” after Landa Associates acquired a prime pitch in the Jewellery Quarter on behalf of longstanding client, The Reformer Studio.
The Reformer Studio, owned and operated by successful entrepreneur and fitness guru Holly Essuman, has expanded into the West Midlands for the first time, making its home in an iconic Grade II listed building on Great Hampton Street formerly occupied by Lloyds Bank.
Landa Associates are retained by The Reformer Studio to acquire new locations and provide advice throughout the acquisition process. Last year, Sunny Landa brokered a deal to secure a prime site for the company in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
Reformer also operates from two sites in Nottingham city centre and one each in Loughborough and Derby.
Its stunning new home in Birmingham is owned by Cordia Group.
Birmingham-based commercial agents Siddall Jones Limited acted on behalf of the landlord.
Holly Essuman, founder and owner of The Reformer Studio, said: “We’re thrilled to have opened our first studio in Birmingham. I can’t thank Sunny enough for his diligence and professionalism. The deal he negotiated was remarkable given the level of offers received by the landlord for this popular property.
“Sunny is very much a part of our team and is always the first name I go to whenever we identify a new site we wish to acquire. We have ambitious plans to roll out studios across Birmingham and I’m sure Great Hampton Street will be the first of many. We’re delighted with our new studio. Locals have been signing up in droves since we opened the doors.”
Sunny Landa, director at Landa Associates, said: “Working with Holly on this deal was a pleasure and I’m delighted for the entire Reformer team. I visited the studio recently for the launch event and it was absolutely stunning. Reformer are valued clients of ours who have ambitious and exciting plans for the future. We’re already in talks over new sites, so watch this space!”
